The ACCP conference focuses on various issues that face the Caribbean policing environment and is held in various member countries every year. This year the focus is on ‘Transnational Organized Crime a Growing Threat to Regional Security’. National Security Minister Fitzgerald Hinds give the keynote address on the opening day and highlighted his government’s support to the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS). He further went unto to state that transnational crime is one of the greatest regional challenges. Participants in the session were able to visit several security vendors booths.
